A total body workout using light, medium, and heavy weights for a combination of strength, cardio, and endurance. Various types of equipment will be used including bench steps, stability balls, jump ropes and more! What to Bring: comfortable clothes, and a bottle of water. We encourage participants to bring a yoga mat if possible, however all supplies are available onsite. Our highly qualified/certified instructor is excited to meet everyone and will ensure an educational, safe, and FUN experience! This FCPR Fitness class will be held at Oakdale Recreation Center. Oakdale Recreation Center is located inside Oakdale Elementary School, 5830 Old National Pike, Ijamsville, MD 21754 Parking & Entrance is to the back end of the school, look for our FCPR signs. Staff onsite will direct you to our activity room.
