Description
Would you like to learn how to run? Ever dream of doing a race? Why not combine both opportunities in one with Starport’s Couch to 5K program. This 5-week program will take you from sitting on the couch to completing a 5K race. Work with one of our experienced health professionals to train your body and cardiovascular system to have success in completing your first race. Training will be twice a week with an additional day of homework that your coach will plan for you based on your level of fitness. Finish off the program by running NASA’s very own Aliens vs. Astronauts 5K Fun Run.- Starts April 2nd, 2024
- Meet at 7 am on Tuesdays and Thursdays for group training
- Program includes AVA race registration
