This four day wrestling camp will focus on the bottom position of wrestling. Camp is open to wrestlers grades 1st - 6th, and is designed for wrestlers that are very motivated. This camp will include intense workouts consisting of strength sessions, intense drilling and live wrestling with a focus on getting off of the bottom position.
