Description
Can you fit in a 50 minute workout? In this class we’ll begin with a WARM UP to get our heart rates up, TONE UP using your own body weight to build strength, STRETCH OUT to improve range of motion, and end with self MASSAGE techniques to improve circulation and reduce muscle tension. Please bring a mat for floor work and a ball (tennis or lacrosse preferred) for massage.
