Zumba exercise provides the opportunity to boost the immune system, slow the aging process, reduce anxiety and depression, lower high blood pressure, relieve stress, enhance the bodies healing process, increase breathing capacity, improve balance and coordination, increase flexibility and promote circulation.DAYS: Tuesdays and ThursdaysTIME: 6:00pm - 7:00pm.LOCATION: Veterans Memorial Building, 401 N Irwin StFEE: $16.00 per senior 55+ / $20 per person non-senior
Please note: Zumba will be held at the Veterans Memorial Building (401 N. Irwin St) due to Civic Auditorium Renovations.
