The Bet On Yourself Challenge is a great way to reach your personal goals!
With your $25 anty, you have a 30 min strategy session reserved with a personal trainer to set your baseline, create a plan and chip away at your health & fitness goals!Once you have registered, stop by our Fitness Desk to complete your goals sheet and you can request a trainer or we will assign one to you.
Do you want to lose unwanted lbs? Weigh-in here and make a plan to reach your weight loss goals. Weigh-in at your strategy session and weigh out here 30 days later!
Do you want to increase your mileage on the street or the bike? Sign up for your first 5k, hit your marathon PR or increase mileage on your bike! Current 1 mile pace or average weekly mileage will be documented on your watch or phone. Ending Mileage will be logged on same device.
Do you want to increase your 1 rep max on Back Squat? What is your current 1 rep max? Find out how much you can add in 30 days! Bring a spotter, if needed, and perform your 1 rep max for your trainer. 30 days later, rinse and repeat with gains!
Do you want to hold yourself accountable and make an appointment for yourself? Set a goal to check in here at Spooky Nook Fitness more than you do now! If you are only checking in once a week, let's triple that. At the end of 30 days, we will show you how many times you invested in yourself with a print out of your activity.
Do you want to increase your 1 rep max on Bench Press? What is your current 1 rep max? Learn to improve technique and strength! Bring a spotter, if needed, and perform your 1 rep max for your trainer. 30 days later rinse and repeat with gains!
