Vinyasa Yoga
Wednesdays, 7:00 PM - 8:00 PMVinyasa yoga is active, upbeat, and inspiring. In Vinyasa Flow we focus on the breath, build strength, one movement flows to the next, but most importantly we have fun! $50/4-wks drop-ins $15.
Instructor for this class is Jenna Estep. She has been practicing for 7 years and graduated from Jala Yoga with her 200 hour yoga teacher training certification. She is pleased to share this passion with others as she believes yoga is an essential component to a beautiful life.
