Gym Fit
Thursdays, 8:50am-9:50am
This class is a light gymnastics & tumbling based program to work on building strength and agility in a fun environment. There is no need for any previous experience in any class. This is just for adults who want to get moving and build muscle in a fun way! Ages 18+. $70/6 weeks, Drop-in $12.
