ParkourFridays, 4:00-5:00pmBuild a strong and capable body with this environmentally based freestyle sport that focuses on how to move efficiently across urban and natural terrain. This class teaches students how to safely approach training outdoors by learning proper movement progressions and techniques for a variety of skills including falling, jumping, climbing and more. Ages 13+. Drop-in $15/class. or register online $60/4wks.
If class is cancelled, makeup dates will be scheduled the following week on Saturday.
