Not sure where to start with your work-out program? Have a limited availability or a super crazy schedule? Is it hard to commit to a regular routine? Not sure what types of exercise you are looking for? If any of this sounds like you - then we have the perfect option! Join Instructor Charna Moore and sample from a variety of fitness classes on YOUR schedule. This package allows you to join 6 classes that YOU select: Choosing from Dance on Monday, Yoga on Tuesday, and Strength Training on Thursdays. Mix and Match, or focus on one style-- it's all about your choice!
