ESSENTRICS ®: Dynamic Full Body Conditioning
Mondays, 6:00 PM - 6:45 PMEssentrics ® is a dynamic, full-body workout suitable for all levels. We are simultaneously strengthening and stretching our muscles through a combination of dynamic movements. This is a FEEL-GOOD Workout! This class will increase balance, flexibility and mobility for a healthy, toned, and pain-free body. Wonderful class for athletes to stretch, strengthen, and fascia recovery and decrease injury. No equipment required. Can be done standing or in a chair. No floor work. $40/6-weeks.Class is taught by Nanette Tummers Doctor of Kinesiology-Certified Level 4 Essentrics Instructor
