Step AerobicsSaturdays, 11:00 AM - 12:00 PMStep aerobics is an aerobic exercise that is performed by stepping onto and off of an elevated platform while doing upper body movements. Choreographed moves are done in this moderate-to high-intensity cardiovascular workout. Drop-in for $10/class or $50/5 weeks.
