Join Molly O'Rourke in the gym for this FORM foundations powerlifting class. Molly is a former elite competitive powerlifter. She was the 2013 IPF Classic World silver medalist and a 5 time national champion. Her best lifts were: 424 squat, 281 bench press, 507 deadlift and a 1201 total. Before competing in powerlifting, Molly was competing in Judo where she was the 2004 Olympic team alternate, 2005 World team member, 2011 Pan Am Games team member and a 2 time national champion.
