Doomsday Skate School: ADULT ROLLER FLOW FITNESS: Roller Flow Fitness takes the skater through a low impact cardio and strength training routine in a no pressure environment! Paired with upbeat music, high energy vibes utilizing the styles and moves of speed skate, rhythm, street and artistic roller dance. All levels are encouraged to join. There will not be a formal skills lesson during this class but we will work with everyone to ensure you are enjoying your time.
**Sorry, no blades with back breaks allowed indoors - brakes must be removed. There will be a skate check at the door to protect floors. *Please note that skates must be properly maintained to skate at
this facility. All skates will be inspected at the door before each class for: exposed metal bolts on
trucks, toe stop stems, bent or broken lace eyelets, blade buckle clips will be taped. NO black rubber
stops or jam plugs allowed under any circumstance. Gear will also be inspected for rocks and/or dirt.
