Description
Location: Grover Beach Community CenterClass will meet May 7, 14, 21, and 28Enjoy a beginning level class that includes body and breath awareness, stretching, low-impact aerobics, and dance activities that include an eclectic range of genres and multi-cultural forms. The class will include modern, jazz, Broadway, ethnic, and improvisation. Lighten your spirit and feel joy! The instructor has a M.F.A. in Dance and a background of 50+ years teaching dance.
