Class meets each Wednesday this month!About this class: Empower yourself to live life to the fullest using body-mind centering, and grounded movement from a variety of sources- both Western and Eastern. Learn to stand strong and to move with confidence. We will use dance and exercise that is designed to improve your health and help you feel good. The instructor has an M.F.A. in Dance, 50+ years of teaching dance and body movement, as well as training in Yoga, Ideokinesis, and Body-Mind Centering. $30 for 4 sessions; $10 drop-in class - must pay for drop-in classes through office or drop box within Community CenterDROP IN FEE $10PARTICIPANTS MUST BE 18+Class Sub-Category
