Have you always wanted to learn about sailing? Would you like to feel comfortable on a sailboat and help as crew? Are you thinking of buying a boat for yourself or with a partner? You can experience the pleasure and thrill of sailing with this course. Four 2-hour classroom sessions await you. You will learn about how a sailboat uses winds to move on the water, boat safety, basic rules of the water ways, knots, and which type of boat might be right for you. Taught by Tom Andersen, ASA sailing instructor with over 40 years of teaching experience.
