Description
Join our highly experienced yoga instructor in a mat class with ancient breathing techniques to help your body relax and strengthen. We have mats, bolsters and blocks. The classes offer many modifications, all levels of fitness are welcome.
This weekly block of 5 classes is held OUTDOORS, weather permitting, at CENTENNIAL PARK, in Grimsby, You will be notified if a class is moved indoors to the Livingston Activity Centre due to the weather.
