Description
You'll enjoy this light, non-impact movement to gently energize your whole body with Trisha, our highly experienced fitness/wellness instructor. Focus on improving your balance and participate in a stretching and relaxation component. Balancing aides provided. No floor or mat work in this 35 minute class.
This session includes 8 classes and will be held at the Livingston Activity Centre.
