Description
Welcome to our invigorating Cardio Barre and Adult Beginner Dance classes, where the grace and elegance of dance meet the energy and excitement of a heart-pumping cardio workout. These classes are great for all levels, including beginners. Move, stretch, dance and socialize! NO CLASS 7/4.
