In this 60 minute class, learn and practice basic yoga poses, combined with slow, gentle movement and mindful breathing techniques. This practice will help you build strength, flexibility, endurance and balance. You will need a mat, as the poses and movements will be practiced from standing, seated or lying down. All levels are welcome!
