Description
Our Kindergym program is vibrant and full of action! This class is designed to improve a young child's coordination and confidence through basic introductory gymnastics. We focus on motor skill development, upper body strength, flexibility, beginner gymnastics skills, and how to be safe during class. The structured format will help students develop listening skills and social awareness along with their gymnastics skills. This is a great beginner activity for the little ones to get an active start and learn fundamental movement patterns.
