Welcome to Robocoding: GAMES, MAZES, and ROBOTS…OH MY! Join us as we delve into the exciting world of coding with Spheros! In this class, students will be introduced to coding concepts using Spheros, spherical robots designed to engage young learners. Through activities like Hour of Code, students will develop problem-solving skills, abstract reasoning, and logical thinking as they navigate through mazes and complete tasks. But coding isn't confined to screens! This class incorporates physical activities and games to make learning about programming code interactive and engaging. Students will collaborate to program their robots, fostering teamwork and critical thinking. Developed by Melanie Trowel, Kentucky's two-time teacher of the year, Robocoding promises a dynamic and enriching learning experience. Get ready to embark on an adventure of discovery and innovation!
