In just five days, Company Advisors (CA) can learn to motivate the next generation of leaders and leverage their own professional skillsets in this experiential learning environment. A WBW CA will guide a diverse group of high school students as they learn to perform as a team, operate a mock company, and navigate ethical and financial scenarios often encountered by leaders in their respective industries. This program will be hosted entirely on Zoom. CAs must have access to a reliable Wi-Fi network as well as uninterrupted access to a computer with video conferencing functionality to successfully engage in the virtual program. This program will offer both the business and Telehealth pathways. Limited or minimal professional experience in either industry is required to register.
