We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Saturday, April 6, 2024.
A family who breaths together relaxes together! In this class, children and guardians will learn poses and exercises for the body, as well as explore simple breathing and meditation for calming mind and heart. Enjoy practicing yoga together in a supportive and peaceful environment.
Participants are welcome to bring their own yoga mats, but mats will be available at the Center for those who would like to use them. Participants are encouraged to bring a bottle of water and small towel to class.
If Darlington is forced to close due to PA State Mandate, classes will continue online to ensure the continuity of arts enrichment.
