Instructor Jane Stelboum is back with even more techniques to share. This class will provide instruction on yoga poses, somatic breathing and movement, healthy / happy back therapy, and meditation. Emphasis will be placed on proper and safe alignment and modifications will be offered to suit your own body and ability. Open to beginners as well as those who have taken prior classes. Dress to move comfortably. Practice will be on mats. Bring your own mat or use the Center's exercise mats. Yoga mats are recommended.
