Description
Come for an early morning walk. Walking promotes physical, psychological, and emotional well-being, and is an effective activity that supports healthy aging. We meet and walk inside the Community Center’s Gymnasium. Days: Monday through Friday Time: 8:00am-8:55am Session: May 1 – Aug. 30Location: Community Center Gymnasium Fee: Free
