Pilates with Maria. Pilates is a series of exercises promoting flexibility and strength of all major muscle groups in the body and helps promote balance and mobility. Pilates is perfect for beginners, or even someone coming back into fitness after a lengthy time off. No experience necessary, beginners are welcome. The instructor is experienced in working with all different skill levels will guide you through the proper movements. Bring a yoga mat and water to class. Day and Time: Tuesdays, 10:00 am – 11:00 am Session 1: Mar 12, 19, and 26 Session 2: Apr 9, 16, and 23 Location: The Clubhouse at Hilltop Needmore Town Park & Preserve (4621 Shady Greens Dr)Instructor: Maria Tozzi Cost: $27 Residents, $34 Non-residents
