Time: 12:30 PM–1:10 PM Duration: Year Grades: 9–12 Available Spaces: 20 Cost: $325 Description: The United Nation’s Girl Up program empowers young women to strive for success in a society where females are underestimated. It encourages gender equality in interesting, fun ways that no other initiative has been able to achieve. By opening a chapter, our school becomes part of the larger, global movement towards equality, no matter your gender. Girl Up offers opportunities for the members of the club to work together and create events spreading awareness and fundraising for worldwide women’s issues.
