Zumba Gold is Zumba for active older adults and/or participants who need to be more cautious with their body; injuries to ankles, knees, hips, back or neck issues. Energizing fitness with Latin rhythms with reduced impact and speed found in a basic Zumba class. The toning portion will use toning sticks or light handheld weights.
