Description
Based on the science of functional movement, CIRCL Mobility™ focuses on flexibility, breathwork, and mobility exercises that are designed to help you move your body the way it's intended to. RELEASE: Reduce stiffness and tension to feel your best. RESTORE: Help speed up recovery while also improving balance and focus. RENEW: Stimulate your body’s nervous system to enhance muscle activation and circulation. What to Bring: comfortable clothes, and a bottle of water. Our highly qualified/certified instructor is excited to meet everyone and will ensure an educational, safe, and FUN experience! This FCPR Fitness class will be held at Tuscarora Recreation Center. Tuscarora Recreation Center is located at 6321 Lambert Dr., Frederick, MD, 21703 (inside of Tuscarora Elementary School). Parking & Entrance is to the side of the school, look for our FCPR signs. Staff onsite will direct you to our activity room.
