Description
Come join us for a fun night of mini golf at Adventure Park USA.Fee Includes: 1 game (18 holes) of mini golf
This program is designed for people ages 16+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities to enhance their social skills and expand their communication skills. Join us as we take part in various activities throughout the community.
Please bring extra money for snacks. Caregivers will have to pay $15 entrance fee.
Essential Eligibility: Program levels 1 - 3. Participants must be able to provide personal care with the assistance of a caregiver who is onsite and be able to actively participate in a group with a instructor participant ratio of 1:4. Participants must also be able to navigate hard, flat surfaces with the assistance of a caregiver who is onsite. Participants will stay with group with continuous supervision.
Advanced registration is required. Registrations will not be accepted at the door. There will be no drop ins.
