Description
Harmonize your mind, body and spirit with this 60 min Sound Bath performed through crystal singing bowls and Koshi chimes. Ancient healing through vibrations work on a cellular level to rebalance the mind, body and spirit. Healing frequencies can help one enter a deep state of relaxation, stimulate alpha and theta brainwave frequencies and promote inner calmness. Transformative benefits include inner balance, improved sleep, reduction of pain, lower stress and anxiety levels and increased feelings of happiness, peace and well-being. The best experience will come from wearing comfortable, non-restrictive clothes and socks. You will be lying on a yoga mat with a light blanket or sitting in a chair if getting on the floor is not possible. Bring your own small pillow if desired. A water bottle is essential. Children ages 12-17 are welcome with a parent if they can lie or sit quietly for an hour.
