Franklin Rec CenterSaturday, April 2712:00 - 2:00pmJoin this engaging workshop and discover the delightful art of paper quilling with instructor Meenakshi Motwani! Get ready for hands-on experience as you delve into various techniques and create a beautiful image of tulips.
The instructor will provide the necessary supplies for the project. A supply fee of $10.00 is due to the instructor at the beginning of class. If you already have paper quilling tools, feel free to bring those as an alternative to receiving supplies from the instructor.
Limited spacing available; pre-registration is required. Please direct all questions to Liz Friend at Liz.Friend@williamsoncounty-tn.gov. All credits/transfers/refunds must be processed with Liz 48 hours prior to the start of class.
