Description
This mobility focused yoga class will help with core strength along with stretching to keep the joints, muscles, and spine healthy and moving well. Mobility work has many benefits and should be an essential part of daily fitness/wellness routines. All fitness levels welcome. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and water to class.
