This class strengthens and sculpts upper body, lower body and core muscles through the use of weights, stability balls, and other resistance equipment - all provided for you. With focus on proper alignment and form, you will safely and effectively tone muscles, increase bone density, boost metabolism rate, and more. Bring your own mat and water.
