Description
Pilates is a type of exercise that focuses on movements that stabilize and strengthen the core while improving flexibility, mobility, strength, and body awareness. Come enjoy a beneficial and fun class. Please bring a set of weights (3, 5, or 8 lbs), a water bottle and mat to class.
