Description
Some foods are nourishing and are essential to good healthy and other foods deplete our system of important vitamins and minerals. The 80/20 Rule is more "real-life" and easier to follow than other diet plans. Chris will hare how this rule allows you to create a habit of eating nourishing foods 80% of the time and still enjoy all the foods you love in moderation without feeling restricted or deprived. You will learn why some foods cause inflammation and are concerning to our health. Pre-registration required.Location
