PLEASE NOTE: A textbook is required for this class and is NOT included in the price of this class. You will need to purchase this book on your own. The “Modern Real Estate Practice 11th Edition” comes in hard copy or e-book form and either is acceptable. Important: Be make sure the book is the Eleventh (11th) edition. Book order information: https://www.illinoisrealtors.org/product/modern-real-estate-practice-in-illinois/ Price: $48 --- 60-Hour Illinois Real Estate Broker Pre-License Topics (513.001835) This course mixes presentation of facts, concepts, and key terms with real-life scenarios to illustrate the topics being taught, as well as opportunities for assessment to help you apply your new knowledge. 15-Hour Illinois Broker Applied Real Estate Principles (513.001606) Students will participate in interactive lessons with an instructor to apply the knowledge learned in the Illinois Real Estate Broker Pre-License Topics course To qualify for an Illinois Real Estate Broker License in the State of Illinois, you must be at least 18 years old, a high school graduate or equivalent (G.E.D.), successfully complete the required 75 hours of coursework, and pass the state licensing exam. After completing this course, you will have successfully met all of the state's education requirements (75 hours) and will qualify to sit for the Illinois State & National Real Estate Broker license exam. Please be advised that you may need to spend at least another $2500 to get started by the time you take their tests and join a company.
