Beginner/No Experience In this 4-session class, we will be diving headfirst into the fundamentals of handbuilding. By creating functional work through experimenting with pinching, coiling, and slab building, we will learn the basics of several different handbuilding techniques. We will also be exploring the world color and texture, as we investigate surface decoration and glazes. At the end of this class each student will walk away with several finished works as well as a solid foundation of different approaches to handbuilding. *Tuition includes 25# bag of clay* Class meets every Wednesday evening from 6:00pm-8:30pm throughout June (6/5, 6/12, 6/19, 6/26)
