Description
Join Rob Brewer in the XL Fitness classes to achieve your peak health goals. Your primary goal should be feeling and performing your best. Your fitness routine should allow you to do more of what you love. XL Fitness focuses on agility, mobility, strength, and cardiovascular health in a fast-paced, high-intensity class setting using calisthenics and weight training. These classes will help you gain muscle and lose fat through fitness and proper nutrition. Your life will improve on every level. Try it for one week for free. Monthly fee covers 10 classes a week. M-F mornings at Buchanan Park Rec Center - M-F evenings at Wulf Rec Center
