Description

CrossFit for BEGINNERS will start with stretching and warmup exercises and progress to learning basic lifting movements with no weight or just body weight. Weights will be added as appropriate. Each class will finish with a cardio workout and cool-down. Music and lots of encouragement are employed to keep athletes engaged. Instructors are certified in CrossFit, focus on safety and proper form and have experience teaching ALL kinds of athletes including those with special needs.

People with disabilities are encouraged to sign up for these classes since the program will adapt instruction to their needs. Further, WA state DDA respite funds can be used to pay for these classes if the athlete has them available. To sign up for this class with DDA please call 360-615-5620.
LOCATION: The Claw CrossFit, 1725 Garrett St. #4 Enumclaw WA
TIME: 10:30am-Classes are 75 minutes and are offered on two different days and times in February as follows. Participants may sign up for either class or both classes.DATE: Saturdays-March 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30th8 years old (parent and caregivers must stay on premises with the participant) thank you
