Description
This programming follow the guidelines presented by Ball Hockey Canada. Participants will learn the basics of ball hockey, passing shooting, etc. Each week will be based on off of a different skill that is important to this sport.
Equipment required:- CSA Helmet, Hockey Gloves, Hockey Stick, Gym Clothes, Soccer Style Shin Pads (recommend)
