An American Red Cross Certification Course to provide the necessary minimum skills training for a person to qualify as a non-surf lifeguard. Participants must be at least 15 years of age on or before the beginning of the course. Proof of age is required at the time of registration and on first day of the course. Students must pass a written, rescue and physical test to obtain certification. The physical test is done at the start of the class to ensure candidates are strong swimmers. Should participant fail out on the first day a 70% refund will be offered. Should participant fail Written Exam or Rescue Exam that is conducted at the end of the course no refund will be offered.
Cost includes book, pocket mask, and certification cards. *Note: Minimum age requirement has been determined by the American Red Cross. Students MUST be of age to participate*
