Description
Do you have long–term pain or care for someone living with chronic pain? This interactive, six–week workshop provides tools to set your own goals and make step–by–step plans to improve your health, regaining control of the things that matter to you! Learn to better manage symptoms and emotions, improve physical activity levels, communicate effectively, make good decisions, and solve problems related to your health. Each participant receives a free resource book, Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Pain.
