Enjoy gentle stretching, deep breathing, and guided relaxation throughout this class that incorporates floor-based poses. With the use of bolsters and blocks to support the body in ultimate comfort, you'll find deep rest and relaxation while passively laying in each supported pose. Allowing the body to fully relax enables the mind to find stillness and tranquility.
