Description
In this fun, chair-based workout you'll enjoy a variety of strength, cardio, and stretching exercises designed to improve muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility. Some standing exercises will be introduced while creatively using a chair for balance and support. Whether seated or standing, this workout is gentle on joints and suits mature adults or those with mobility difficulties, arthritis, or joint injuries. Modifications will be provided to increase the intensity of challenging advanced participants and or to tailor it down for others. You will leave this class feeling energized, renewed, and ready for your day!
