Description
This class combines yoga's focus on breath, movement and body awareness with mat exercises to build CORE strength and enhance agility and balance. Core Strength is a body conditioning routine that not only helps build flexibility and long, lean muscles but also strength and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips and back.
