Description
Zumba Gold is a low impact, dance-inspired class that uses easy to follow choreography to focus on balance, range of motion, and coordination. Come ready to have fun and leave feeling strong and empowered. Bring water bottle.
No class on April 5 and May 24. Make up session May 8th at the Danville Senior Center , 115 East Prospect Ave Danville.
