This workshop addresses the critical issue of protecting the assets you spent a lifetime building from excessive taxes. Americans have invested trillions of dollars in retirement plans, turning them into the biggest, most valuable asset they own --- often worth more than even their homes. Consequently, savings protection has become the name of the game for retirement accounts. At this workshop you will learn more about how you may lose >70% of your retirement account to taxes, how retirement accounts are different from non-retirement accounts, what you should know about the S.E.C.U.R.E version 1.0 (Dec 2019), IRS proposed regulations (Feb 2022), and S.E.C.U.R.E. version 2.0 (Dec 2022), and what strategies to use to protect your retirement accounts.
